These terms govern the use of LawPlusES.com and our legal coordination services.

1. Service Scope

LawPlusES is a legal services platform that connects users with licensed legal professionals in Spain. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation ourselves.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and respect the terms of engagement with any assigned legal professional.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through secure channels. Fees are determined based on the selected service plan and are payable in advance.

4. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to review.
• No refunds are issued for services already delivered or initiated by the legal advisor.

5. Limitation of Liability

LawPlusES is not liable for outcomes of legal services provided by third-party professionals. Our role is limited to coordination and platform support.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.
